Hi, Thank you for your reply. We don't have any hierarchy for the HR department. Only one person is handling all activities related to HR and Administration, including hiring, onboarding, training, statutory compliance of the company, payroll, exit formalities, etc. What designation should be given to that person? If he or she has been performing all HR functions for the past 7 years in the same company?

Thank you

Whether the organization is big or small, there should be a structure and hierarchy for better and smoother operation. The reporting style should be incorporated, and it should be clearly defined to whom HR should report. When it comes to designation, there should be a logical pattern based on roles and responsibilities.

Best wishes

Hello, She has been directly reporting to the CEO and solely handling HR, admin, and finance-related duties for the last seven years. Please suggest what title or designation is suitable in this case.

Thank you!
