Deepti Teotia
hi....

i am new to this forum....i have to make a case study on my own working experience so i need your help ........following is my working experience:-

i am currently working as HR Trainee in a paint manufacturing company. i was recruited before 1 year and was asked to handle the recruitment initially and after few days i will be handle the HR Generalist Profile. later on the administration kind of job given to me. i am working in branch office at vasundhra. CEO frquently visit this office and stay here in the office itself for 5-10 days in one of the room in office. after 2-3 months he ordered me to take care of whole office i.e house keeping. i was shocked that after did my PGDM in HR i was supposed to do this kind of job, but still i did not have any other job option so i handled this also.

later on, i came to know that the CEO is characterless and he is in politics also. he is not professional and treat his employess like the servants for him.

After 6-8 months new sales head of north zone appointed and CEO told him that deepti (me) is good in back office job. after that the sales head assigning me the all sales coordinator kind of job. now this is too much so i decided to left this job and start to search a new job, but i did not get any satisfactory option so i decided to switch to the academics, as i wanted to do the PHD in management. my parents also suggest me to join the academics in respect of the female future.

i am having the offer in a college to join as a lecturer only if i make this case study of mine working experience.

I am requesting to all of you kindly help me to make a case study on this and suggest me what should i do.

currently i am working in this unprofessional company.

Dear Deepti,
Greetings for the day ahead!!!!
Before moving on to making a case study, let me tell you that if you don't stand up for you , no body else will ever be. Your job profile kept on changing because you allowed that to happen and to take excuse that you had no other option ( i say excuse because there are plenty of opportunities available in the market, you just need to be ready to go through the grind of job search). Crux of the story is that if you are feeling uncomfortable in your present assignment then you must drop it.
As for the case study part: That's a basic thing taught in MBA. You should have done it yourself. Approach can be
1. Take a hypothesis- i.e. Dilemma in your case - Whether to leave or not to leave your job
2. Give names to the characters which describe your work setting and incumbent problems and situation
3. Analyse all the ins and outs through various incidents and characters
