Hi, I am a management student doing my internship at ICICI Prudential in training needs assessment. Could you please help me in finding out more about this? I am unsure of how to approach this topic and need to prepare a questionnaire. Please assist me in clarifying my thoughts in this area. Thank you.

Hi All,

My suggestion is to prepare a format with the following details:
1. Sl. No
2. Name/group (who would require training)
3. Designation
4. Topic
5. Preferred time & duration
6. Preferred Trainer

This form could be sent to all department heads so that they can fill it out and send it back to the Training department. Once all the forms are received, the calendar could be prepared. It may not be practical to design one questionnaire that would do justice to the requirements of all departments.
