Hi,
When you prepare a training calendar, take the following points into consideration:
1. Take a look at last year's calendar, delete what is obsolete, or those programs which received poor attendance and need not be repeated annually.
2. Take HODs into consideration, find out their requirements, and try to incorporate them.
3. If your company has a theme of the year, then include programs accordingly.
4. Include a mix of behavioral and functional programs.
5. Include programs which educate employees about certain statutory norms or CDA rules, Disciplinary proceedings, etc.
6. Depending on your organizational size, seasonal transfers, you can include induction/awareness programs.
You will need to design the calendar yourself as you know best about your organizational requirements. You have to include the program title, duration, tentative dates, and target employees. If you are not sure of the dates, then mention the months instead.
While designing the training format of a program, you need to show a timetable kind of chart, like the one in school. It has to show the time period of a session, the session title, the faculty name, the day/date. Of course, you need to mention the program title, venue, coordinator at the beginning of the chart.
I hope this is of help.
