Im working as HR in a retail company, which has outlets all over india, I have asked to draw a salary structure. Can anyone help me to know minimum wages applicable for unskilled labour in different states Viz

Please help me in this regard.

Dear DJay I know about maharastra Minimum wages Basic per day 135 DA 34 HRA- (basic+da)*5%=8 Total per day=177 Rs Monthly=4614 Rs. ujwala

For delhi, m attaching the latest Min. wage notification but in case ur unable to download it u can downlaod it from www.labour.delhigovt.nic.in/
This is for Haryana. Becoz, haryana Minimum wage will revised soon. so u can download it from the official websites- <link outdated-removed>
For Punjab- <link no longer exists - removed>
For rest u need to search it on the web.
