Can anybody made available minimum wage original govt. official signed notification for shop and comm. establishment for Maharashtra and not the rates of special allowance.

I have special allowance details declared by the labor department dated 4/2/2017. I want the basic minimum wages notification for shop and commercial establishments for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor employees in various zones declared by the labor department. I think this notification was published in 2014. If anybody has a copy, please share.
