Dear Friends,
Kindly let me know the action to be initiated further and the procedure to Terminate:
A charge sheet was framed and sent to a worker who was absenting himself and he did not report for duty till date and also did not respond the charge sheet.
Pl note that the worker was already warned many times and suspended for 3 days earlier
Now how to terminate this employee, whether to conduct a domestic enquiry or shall I send a Termination notice immdtly.
Pl reply

Saravanan,
Prabhu's suggestion is ok but applicable only for Trainees not for confirmed employees as per the Principles of Natural Justice. If the employee is Confirmed means you have to send the enquiry letter/Reminder letter 1 & 2 with previous communication details & his response details. in 2 reminder you sud mention this is final unless v have to consider as ex - party and terminate your service lik that. This is wat the procedure v have to follow for that category employee.

Dear Saravanan
If individual has not replied for the charge sheet than please constitute the domestic enquiry and for the principle of natural justice you can not do short cut.please follow complete process.
even if you donot have any proof that individual is getting your communication than information of enquiry to be published in local newspaper.
