Agreement between Contractor and the Principal employee includes conditions such as employer responsibility in case of absconding, retrenchment, death, or any other reason. It covers aspects like recruitment, time required to fill positions, statutory compliances including leaves, holidays, working hours, overtime pay, bonus pay, PF, ESI, TDS deductions, and payment terms.
