Training Agreement
The Company may send you for different types of training anytime during the tenure of your employment with the Company, for the purpose of enhancing skills in a particular area, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Training Agreement, which you hereby undertake to execute.
Terms & Conditions:
An employee undergoing training costing more than Rs 80,000 shall sign a bond of 1 year with the organization. If the employee leaves the services in breach of this agreement, the following condition shall apply:
The employee must pay an amount of Rs 1,00,000 to the company as liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement at the instance of the employee.
An employee undergoing training costing more than Rs 40,000 shall sign a bond of 6 months with the organization. If the employee leaves the services in breach of this agreement, the following condition shall apply:
The employee must pay an amount of Rs 50,000 to the company as liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement at the instance of the employee.

Thank you very much for your reply. In my case, I am not paying any amount for the training here. What is the matter that the candidates are from an engineering college and they have to do the project on company products, wherein I have to make the agreement for them. For that, I need terms and conditions in relation to safety, remuneration, time, etc.
