Can somone share a format for an agreement to be used for associations with clients for providing HR consultancy services (not for executive search /recruitment ). Thanks.

I believe you should do some research and prepare yourself for the agreement. You can also find templates on Google. It's up to you how long you want the terms and conditions to be.
