Hello Sunilji,

Your collection of material is the best, but I would like to tell you that if you want to give any PPT, then you have to do it in a very attractive way of presentation. That is lacking in your presentation in the last few slides. Other than that, all things are too good. I appreciate your effort behind this PPT.

Hi Sunilji,

There are two PPTs. I could not find any difference between the two. If there is any, please tell me. The contents are really quite meaningful. It would be better for viewing if some word art clips are added to the latter slides for soothing of eyes and attraction.

Thanks,

Yours,

Dear Sunil,

Your PowerPoint presentation on attitude has a lot of information. However, it is 'full of info.' As a presentation, make it simpler with a better flow of thought, more attractive (include pictures), and remove excessive details. When you show the presentation, you can provide additional explanations. Audiences get overwhelmed when they see too much theory on one slide. Present your ideas as a package - [PowerPoint, notes to hand out, movie clips, game, workbook], all under an interesting title. If you call it 'Attitude: How You Can Change It,' people may be resistant as they dislike the idea of having an attitude that needs changing. Therefore, give it a try.

Good going,

Thank you, Lisa, for the reply.

In my experience, people know well that attitude determines altitude. So, they are quite keen to know about theirs and also that of others. Most interestingly, many trainers strongly feel that attitudes cannot be changed. Therefore, it was my endeavor to make interested people aware of attitude details and methods to improve it.

From the replies that I received, it is clear to me that many of them liked the contents and found them very useful. I am happy about it. However, some of the feedback I received demands making the PowerPoint slides more interesting and soothing to the eyes.

Thank you once again,
