Great presentation. This can be used to motivate people in any company and also help those who think they are worthless. After all, everything that happens to us outside happens inside first.
For me, as a student of HR, an important learning was that if I have to solve anybody's problem in an organization, I have to understand the person's attitude towards this problem and then help him/her to solve it. That would help me provide a long-term solution as well.
