I have attached a manual on V&A. You can take inputs from this to prepare a manual for yourself. I have not used this manual; therefore, I cannot comment on its efficacy. I obtained it from one of the HR forums, and I am passing it on to you.
By the way, I take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am a Bangalore-based freelance soft skills and behavioral trainer. I have clients across various industries and cities, including Mumbai.
