Can I hide three years of work experience if I doesn’t have a PF account during those 3 years?

Hi, why do you want to hide your 3 years of experience, and how will you justify the break for those 3 years?
Though PF is not applicable, if you come under the purview of income tax and are joining another organization in the middle of the financial year, there are chances of your new employer advising you to submit past tax computations. So please exercise caution.
If you are planning to provide a fake experience certificate for those 3 years, it will be subjected to background verification.
Please note that if you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything!
