A couple of days ago, we sent a message to all employees about their belongings and coffee cups being left on the CPU and table, which caused damage to the system. Additionally, food left out has attracted mosquitoes. Despite this communication, some employees have not adhered to the guidelines. How can we address this issue? Please advise.

Hi, I won't suggest the fine system. Please try remedial action first. Keep fines as a last option. By the way, why can't you advise the housekeeping staff to clear the tea/coffee cups immediately after the tea break?
