Office Assets and Return Policy Definitions

Recently, I joined an e-commerce company as an HR - Policy and Compliance. Can someone please help me by sharing some definitions of office assets and the return policy? For example, the definition, scope, purpose, and usage of assets. We provide laptops with chargers, bags, mobile phones for our sales team, along with bags, ID cards, visiting cards, marketing materials (company brochure), and stationery items (pads, pens, staplers, folders, etc.).

The designation cannot be given to employees based solely on their qualifications. Designations are created to help achieve the business goals. To achieve your organization's objectives, it is essential to align designations accordingly. Identify which employees are best suited for each position. Merely possessing certain degrees does not guarantee a suitable designation.
