Hello, guys. How do you calculate gratuity in the event of an employee's death?

Suppose an employee completed 2 years of service and passed away during employment. How much gratuity should be paid to his or her nominee?

His Basic & DA is 15,000/-
Date of Joining: 01/02/2020
Date of Death: 01/10/2021
