I did not disclose my previous employment history; instead, I only mentioned my most recent job. I provided them with my UAN number. If I choose to conceal details of my initial employment, could this potentially cause any issues during the background verification process?

It's okay, the employer will send BGV to only those whose information you have given in your biodata. The future is very uncertain, but always maintain truth because this is related to your career.
