In case of closure of the company nothing can happen. In case of merger you are eligible as pet the provisions of the act

Dear Dheera Tech,
If your company ceases to exist, then the employer-employee relationship also ceases to exist. Without this relationship, the claim for maternity leave is not admissible. However, if the company shuts down during the course of maternity leave, the pregnant woman is eligible to receive paid maternity leave until the date of the company's cessation.
If the company merges with another company, the new company is expected to assume all liabilities from the merged company. In such circumstances, all employee claims, including your claim for maternity leave, remain valid.
Thanks,
