The document Prepared here is very good , but you missed out some leaves. And they are
Vacation Leaves,
Maternity Leaves,
Marriage Leaves,
Travel Leaves,
Probation Leaves,
Comp off leaves,
Bereavement leave.

Hello to all,
We are a small IT Company. We want to revise the allocation of leaves for a year.
Generally, companies follow which procedure. Do they allocate (eg.12PL) at the start of the year or per month 1 leave?
I would like to know about it.
Anybody can help me in this matter.
