Dear all, I have joined a company where the legal head has given me the code of conduct and asked me to add some more important points and update it. Please check the attachment and provide your feedback.

Dear Premlata, you can instruct the legal head to add the following points:
a) Code of conduct for separation from the company
b) Handover/takeover procedures at the time of separation from the company
c) Grievance handling mechanism
d) Communication protocols within and outside the company
While a code of conduct is necessary, it is essential to consider employees' rights. How will these rights be communicated? Additionally, what monitoring mechanism will be implemented to ensure that these rights are not violated?
Thank you,
Dinesh Divekar
