EPF Treatment in Relocation Of Office from One State to Another

Dear All,
Our office is relocated from Delhi to Noida Sector 16.
Kindly advise if we need to get a fresh registration of EPF or just an address change via form 5a will work.
We already have EPF registration under DL CPM.
