I think you are getting more than minimum wages. Check Minimum wage act of Delhi. Also I don’t think that IT department staff are included in min.wage act. Check

r u sure b'coz main reason is that basic i think 17000 then pf deduct 12% MW rule 2017 but my company is mention basic salary is 12000 and the pf deduct amount 12% also 1440 /- . tell me please what exact salary me previous year 2017..

There has been some confusion whether the Delhi MW Act apply to your firm or not that question has to be answered by the authorities concerned. And as and when this is known there will be clarity on your MW fixation also. And top of it the notification issued by the NCTD is in the SC for a decision that is the position and therefore you and I have no room to play. That is the position.
