I have worked out the Minimum Wage (MW) with 5% House Rent Allowance (HRA) for the following classified industries in the attached Excel sheet for the benefit of relevant members:
1. Residuary Factories (Serial no. 20 in the MW Notification)
2. Automobile (Serial no. 2)
3. Engineering (Serial no. 19): The Minimum Wages were revised w.e.f. 21.11.2022 and again from 1.1.2023. There is an overall 20% increase w.e.f. 21.11.2022 compared to the Residuary Factories for the Semi-skilled category.
4. Shops and Establishments (Serial no. 48)
5. Construction and Maintenance (Serial No. 11) in Maharashtra State.

Actually, special allowance for the "Engineering Industry" showed in November 2022 was 372 Rupees per month. From January 2023 to June 2023, it showed an increase to 775 Rupees. What is the increment in the special allowance? The last notification for July 2023 to December 2023 showed a special increase in the amount to 5992 Rupees. How does management increase the special allowance amount?
