Dear Sir,
I had received Rs. 343 per day. I am a graduate computer clerk. As per the revised minimum wage in Delhi, "graduate and above" will be paid Rs. 435 per day. Now, I am confused about how much I will receive from April 2014 because my last salary was received in the semi-skilled grade.
Please guide me on how much salary I will receive - Rs. 435 per day or Rs. 363 per day.
Thank you,
Satish Kumar

Dear Sir,
I am a graduate computer clerk. I have been working for the last 6 years in the same company and in the same position. The last salary I received was in March 2014 under the semi-skilled grade. According to the new circular on minimum wages effective from April 1, 2014, a new grade has been added for clerical and non-technical supervisory staff. However, I am confused about whether I come under the "semi-skilled" category or the "clerical and non-technical supervisory staff" category. If I fall under the semi-skilled category, I will receive Rs. 363 per day, and if I am classified under the clerical and non-technical supervisory staff, I will receive Rs. 435 per day.
I inquired within my company, and I was informed that I fall under the semi-skilled grade and will be paid accordingly. Please provide guidance on this matter.
