Hi Professionals,
I am working as an HR Officer in a production company, and my employer is not ready to pay PF and ESI for daily wage labor. Can you please suggest to me if this is a violation of Labor Law? If yes, how should I handle it? If not, then how should I maintain the wages register?
Your kind suggestions are urgently needed.
Thanks and regards,
