Dear Rita, no institute can give you the practical knowledge you are talking about. Actually, I feel you are in the right place right now. On Cite HR, you can get answers to all your queries regarding the same, and you can also study while working. Your company must be registered in PF, ESIC, etc. You can learn the same from the person responsible in your organization. It's not about what your job profile is; being an HR, you know that if you can answer the questions in an interview, then you can do it, or vice versa. But believe me, the Generalist profile is not only about ESIC & PF; there is much more to it. Still, at the beginner's level, you can get on with it. All the best.
