This course is aimed at all those people related to the management, administration, and management of a company or who are related to the management of enterprises and also to all people in charge or related to the areas of Human Resources. All students must have 75% attendance in the course to receive the Certificate of Completion.
Objectives
The objective of each module is to introduce the participants to the concepts of Human Resources Generalist Management (Human Value), according to the new demands of the market, as well as to define and develop the role of Human Resources as an agent of change and medium in the implementation of the strategies of the organization. The course is focused on incorporating and implementing the Competencies concept into the human value management strategy or work teams, through methodologies, experiences, and concrete tools and application methodologies, taking the Competencies as the central axis of the entire process of management.
