I saw a gazette notification regarding amendment in contract Labour act with regard to payment of wages whether this will be implemented after 30 days of this draft rules ?

Draft Rule for Amending the Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1971
This is the draft rule for amending the Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1971. A thirty-day notice has been given for the consideration of suggestions and objections from the public. The Government of India (GOI) will then issue the final notification after taking into consideration these objections and suggestions. Thus, we are not to implement these draft rules after 30 days. We are to wait for the next notification.
