I am new to this forum. I need the detailed checklist on the forms and registers to be maintained under the Factories Act 1948 (Amendment Act 1987) and Tamil Nadu Factory Rules, 1950. All returns, registers, forms to be maintained at a factory situated in Tamil Nadu. Can anyone please help me with the format of forms/registers? It is an urgent need.
