Greetings to Seniors...!!! I have just joined an IT company, and I am new to this field of HR. In this company, they are planning to go for an outing to Manali, and the director wants me to organize team-building activities with the employees in Manali. This company is very small, around 20 employees are working, and I am the first person in HR. So before this, there were no activities or anything for employee entertainment or team building.

I am a soft skills trainer and a channel partner on YouTube. There are over 70 videos loaded on the channel. By watching them, you can gather plenty of ideas. It is always more beneficial to have a variety of activities rather than just sharing knowledge in a classroom setting. Among the activities, team-building games stand out. I usually record these games, play them back, and initiate discussions on mistakes made and the subsequent analysis, which proves to be much more engaging.
