Respected seniors,
I would like to know if BPO experience is ever considered in the field of engineering jobs. If there is a situation of absconding termination due to not serving the notice period, how should one handle it during an interview session? Should this termination, resulting from absence during the notice period, be disclosed to a new employer, especially if the previous employment was through on-campus recruitment? If not disclosed, is there a possibility that the employee could face consequences during later verification?
Thank you.
