Hi,

We wanted to terminate the Zonal Sales Manager due to poor performance. On September 18, we sent him a notice that if we do not receive a satisfactory explanation, your services would be terminated with effect from October 1.

Can this September 14th letter be considered as one month's notice, and the services be stopped from October 1, in lieu of 15 days' salary?
