Feedback on Presentation
a) The look and feel of the slides are very pleasing.
b) If objectives are not mentioned in the presentation, the viewer is left struggling to find out what the presentation is all about. Please include them.
c) Be careful with bullet points. For example, Slide no. 6:
• How many levels of management and non-management employees will be involved?
d) Slide no. 7: Types of training, modes of training, and training methodologies have been mixed. They are different.
e) Slide no. 11: Data representation of the company's training session is promptly given, but the data does not mention what the Y-axis denotes.
f) Slide no. 16: Take care of the grammar. Use "Let's" instead of "Lets," and revise "you suggestion" to "your suggestion" to overcome the situation.
g) The overall flow and content need work. Slides 19 onwards do not make much sense to me.
