Email Etiquette: Parts of an Email
I have prepared a short presentation on Email Etiquette, focusing on the parts of an email. It is a general presentation, and I hope it will be useful. While we have read much about Email Etiquette, the focus of the presentation is on the parts of an email and its rules, such as addressing, subject, paragraph structure, message content, and digital signature. It is explained in simple language with the help of examples wherever possible.
I have been conducting training on soft and behavioral topics for a couple of months and thought your inputs would be useful in making the modules more effective. I look forward to your inputs!

Indeed, a great detailed presentation covering all topics in sequential flow. However, as my personal suggestion, I would like to put forth the following points:
1. Beginning with the importance of email (when to write an email over making a phone call or having a personal meeting). Although the presentation focuses on email etiquette, sharing its importance may yield better results and capture the audience's attention.
2. Summarizing at the end with the Dos and Don'ts of email etiquette.
Overall, very informative and certainly helpful for all. All the Best!!!

Thank you, Mr. Shivaraj, for your valuable inputs. I will certainly consider them. In fact, I am working on a detailed presentation that covers Dos and Don'ts of Email Etiquette, the need for email etiquette, along with poorly written email examples and related topics such as handling incoming emails, when not to use email, and how to avoid the pitfalls of emotions in email. However, this was a startup presentation. I also wish to add a couple of activities/games related to email writing. Thanks once again!
