Hi, I am working with an organization registered under the Shop and Establishment Act in Mumbai, with 75 persons on the payroll.

According to the Shop & Establishment Act, how many days can a person enjoy leaves, e.g., Sick/Casual/Privilege? Some of our members are not entitled to ESIC. In that case, what additional benefits should management provide to members, such as Sick Leave or Medical Reimbursement?

As per the act, how many paid holidays are there? Are paid holidays equal for Unskilled Staff/Middle Staff/Managerial Staff?
