Dear all, can anyone help me with the format in Excel of the leave register that we have to maintain as per the shop and establishment regulations? It would be a great help. How do we maintain the Sick Leave (SL), Casual Leave (CL), and Privilege Leave (PL) (7, 7, 21 respectively)?

I am working in the Hotel Industry as an HR Manager. I need to inquire about encashing employees' Privilege Leave (PL) at the time of leaving the organization. If an employee has accumulated 275 PL over the last sixteen years working with us, please advise on the PL encashment as per the Shop Act. It is possible that only 90 PL accumulated above may have lapsed. Please suggest!
