My salary is 20,000-25,000 per month. Could you please provide me with the income slab and the statement of my salary account? I would also like to know the breakdown of the basic salary, HRA, DA, PF, and any other deductions for both the 20,000 per month and 25,000 per month scenarios.

Thank you.

My salary ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 per month. Could you please provide the income slab? Also, I would appreciate it if you could share the statement of my salary account. I am interested in knowing the breakdown of the basic salary, HRA, DA, PF, and other deductions corresponding to the salary range of 20,000 to 25,000 per month.

Understanding Salary Breakups and Income Slabs

Salary breakups and income slabs vary from company to company. There are no fixed percentages for components like EPF and ESI; some companies allocate 50% for Basic+DA, while others may allocate 40% or 60%. The allocation of other components also differs between organizations. This information is typically available from your HR department or on your payslips. If you provide your payslips, I can provide a detailed breakdown of how much your organization allocates to each component.

In my previous posting, I explained how breakups vary significantly from one organization to another. Some companies provide Basic and D.A. separately, while in others, DA is merged with Basic, HRA, Conveyance allowance, special allowance, or other allowances. Typically, these components are decided by corporate HR, determining the percentage to be allocated for each type of breakup. If you work in the HR Department, I can offer some model breakup suggestions. Additionally, employer contributions such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other benefits can be included in the CTC breakup.

Thank you.
