Good day, everyone. May I ask for assistance regarding Brand Positioning? I was told to research it, and I am currently in the middle of some research. However, I reckon that it is wiser and better to ask respected individuals and experts regarding HR matters. I am actually new to the company, and we are just starting up. It is a Media Production House, and what I have actually started is monitoring everyone, conducting tests, and providing lectures. Have you referred to the book on marketing by Philip Kotler? It is the bible of topics on marketing. There is a chapter devoted to this topic. Once you go through it, you will come to know everything.
Some 2-3 years ago, my article titled "Role of HR in Brand Management" was published. However, branding or brand management are primarily marketing concepts. For HR, these are secondary. Therefore, you may go through my article, but I recommend referring to that book first.
