Dear Nirmal,
First of all it is a wrong perception that "Management can exploit any employee" if u would have go on the right procedures no one can bring u in trouble.
Coming to the topic before sending resignation to the HR Department-Delhi, Is it approved by the Department Head???, if yes then they can't trouble u.
Thanks/regards

Dear Nirmal,
Before leaving the company have u hand over all your documents to the company and handover copy if u received from them that u already handover the company documents what so ever with u.
Secondly i already gone through your appointment letter no where it was written that they can't relieved any employee until they get any substitution for that employee.
Kindly sent a official mail to your HR head and tell them being a probationer u already given one weeks notice in writing as per the clause 8 of appointment letter.
So kindly look in to the case.
Mark a copy to ur MD also as per appointment letter clause number 15.

Hi Nirmal,

Hi Nirmal,

Don't take Management perspective in Negative way, In this case both are doing their jobs. And it doesn't mean to trouble you. Management will be on some targets while recruiting you, all of sudden you came up with a resignation and asked for relieving as per the norms written in the offer letter. There you need to be Wise and Smart enough where you can easily skip from the Company, at this time Straight Forward will not be helpful for us. As of now you are thinking as an employee. As you said that you gonna starting a Company..you ll come to know how Management is facing the typical situations.

The Employee always thinks about Personal but the Management thinks at Personnel. Anyways You did job correctly, instead of sending notice to you they can tell the same reason as mentioned above might be a convinced way. Lets hope for a good news.

I hope they will release you after getting a source for them. Please mind it getting source in this Competitive world is not an easy task/job it means a LOT.

My suggestion is support to your management and try to refer any of your friends for your position so you can leave company in the earliest.

Wish you Good Luck...
