What is the industry in which you work? Without giving any details, no one can provide you with a correct reply. Based on your query, I presume that your company is involved in the construction of a factory. However, upon seeing Sl No. 19, there seems to be a contradiction. Hence, it is not possible to give you a complete reply.
Common Guidelines
Some aspects are common types. You can follow the guidelines below as per your requirements:
Please refer to the Contract Labour Act Rules of your state or the Contract Labour Central Rules 1971 to obtain the formats requested in Sl No. 1 to 12.
For Sl No. 17 & 18, please refer to the Payment of Bonus Act and its Rules where you will find the necessary formats.
For Sl No. 16, kindly refer to the Labour Welfare Fund Act and its rules in your state to obtain the required format.
If you are already following the Contract Labour Act & Rules Registers and formats, you do not need to maintain the Minimum Wages Act and Rules or the Payment of Wages Act and its Rules formats. Hence, there is no need to worry much about Sl No. 13.
