My fault, Steven, for not reading the message properly. Even there, you have to specify which gap you are measuring. Is it the gap between what trainees know and need to know, or how trainees perceive the training provided and expected, or what managers expect from their trainees after training and how the trainees perform, etc.?

If you have established parameters and elaborate on what exactly you are after, I am sure experts will guide you.

GAP analysis refers to the process of identifying the objectives/Goals to be achieved and where we should go(Organization)? high performance indicates the gap is getting filled up. Dravidan

I want to conduct a gap analysis on what managers expect from their trainees after training and how the trainees perform. For this purpose, we receive feedback from superiors, which is distributed three months after the training. The superiors rate the trainees on a scale of 1 - Basic, 2 - Average, 3 - Good, 4 - Excellent.

Preparing the Gap Analysis

Now, I would like to understand how to prepare the gap analysis from this feedback.

Regards,
Steven.
