The director of a good movie plays a significant role in managing the team, the talents, etc., in the best way so that the people are perfectly aligned with the goal - the best entertainment and best revenue. The actors exhibit the best of their talents; the artists on the scene and behind the scene demonstrate the best of their coordination skills and talents. Everyone involved enjoys the processes even when the outcome of the whole effort was not guaranteed. This attitude is important for success even in the corporate field.
