I would not recommend using PowerPoint presentations during induction; however, you can definitely use them to train freshers once they start working. It will provide them with an insight into the various branches of Human Resources, allowing them to decide on their area of specialization within HR.

My role has changed to Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Could anybody tell me what the Key Result Areas (KRAs) are for an Executive Assistant? My role is defined as a very important one, involving proactive job execution, coordination with all department heads/CEOs, scheduling appointments/travel, and overall foreseeing of requirements to ensure tasks are completed, followed up on, etc., ultimately becoming the right hand to the MD.
