To show how demotivated employees look and the wrong manpower at the store, there is a movie called "10 Items or Less" (I don't remember the correct name, but it is regularly shown on Star Movies).

Additionally, some of the cinematography from the movie "Guru" (Hindi, by Mani Ratnam) could be incorporated.
