What does the HR executive generalistic profile entail? What is the role of an HR executive in a generalistic profile? I would like detailed information about the HR generalist profile. What are the labor laws applicable in the generalist profile apart from PF and ESI?

1. Joining formalities
2. Relieving formalities
3. Grievances
4. Salary administration
5. Uniforms/ID cards
6. Welfare activities
7. Leave administration
Sections like:

Hi John,
Actually, an HR Generalist is not directly related to Recruitment and Training because many companies are restructuring their HR activities into three modules: general activities, recruitment activities, and training activities. This restructuring can help in avoiding confusion in handling departmental works.

Hi,
I believe an HR generalist is more in the line of an HR strategist or HR planner dealing with career development strategies, deployment strategies, and planning HR initiatives. Employee Relations is the HR operator.
Hope I am correct.
