Please contact your insurance agent or company to file a claim for the damages in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Regarding your driver, if your initial investigation reveals that the accident occurred due to his negligence, you have the option to take action against him by suspending him. Alternatively, you can choose to pay him his full wages for the period of absence since he is not at fault.
