There are numerous universities offering Distance MBA programs in India as well as abroad. You should be cautious and intelligent enough to select the best one. I would suggest IGNOU as one of the best universities where distance programs are offered. The certification from IGNOU is recognized by the entire industry fraternity in India (Government and Non-Government). There are study centers in UAE that have partnered with IGNOU (Link Provided): http://www.indiastudycenter.com/Univ...ignou-gulf.asp. This is just an option that I am providing, which can be looked at positively. Hope the above suffices your requirement.

IGNOU as a Top Choice for Distance Education
IGNOU will be the best option. Currently, I am in Mumbai and pursuing an MBA from IGNOU. One of my friends is shifting to France next June. She is getting full support from authorities to continue her studies there.
