Most of the MHRM courses seem to be full-time. It would be better to go ahead with Annamalai or Pondicherry. I think Pondicherry University also offers the MHRM course. Please find the details below.

Pondicherry University - Directorate of Distance Education - Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
MHRM Course Duration:
The duration of the program is two years, taught in English, under a non-semester pattern.
Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements:
A candidate is eligible for admission to the MMM, MFM, MFT, MHRM, MA Human Rights programs if they have passed any Degree from a Recognised University. Applicants with degrees from Universities not recognized by the UGC are not eligible for admission.
Course Fee:
- Registration Fee: Rs. 100
- Matriculation Fee: Rs. 25
- University Development Fund: Rs. 500
- Recognition Fee (For a Degree from Foreign Universities, a sum of Rs. 450 has to be paid instead of Rs. 200): Rs. 200
- Study Material Fee & Handling charges: Rs. 1050
- Tuition Fee: Rs. 4125
