I am in a tight situation and thus require your help. I have 5 years of experience in Soft Skills training and am currently managing a Training Division in an MNC. However, I now need to gain some exposure to Voice & Accent Training as I am interested in working in BPOs in Bangalore.
There are a lot of institutes that conduct open workshops, but none specifically for V&A. If you know anyone involved in Voice & Accent training in Delhi who can provide me with a one-on-one session, please forward me their contact information. Alternatively, if you are aware of any institute in Delhi that offers certification in Voice & Accent for trainers, please let me know.

Thanks to both of you for replying to my query. I tried Khyat's suggestion, but not of much use. I tried both the links as well. The second link seems to be of some call center, and there isn't anything mentioned about V&A training on their website. Can either of you please suggest something else?
